Junk Mail Filtering

If you receive your e-mail using POP3, WorkgroupMail lets you perform server-side junk mail filtering. This means that messages sent by originators that belong to your list of junk mail senders will not even be downloaded from the ISP but will instead be deleted from the ISP after a specified number of days.

You can enter a list of junk mail senders from within the Junk Mail Filtering page of the Settings property sheet.

You can add a new junk mail sender by pressing the Add… button. The Enter Junk Mail Address dialog box is displayed.

Enter the e-mail address of the organization that sends you junk mail. You can use the wildcard character '*' to denote any number of characters. For example, *@junk*.com will represent addresses such as all@junkmovies.com, anyone@junkmail.com, postmaster@junkfood.com . Press OK to add the junk address to the list.
